About PHI

We're so much more than software.

Our expertise is renowned in the industry. Customers tell us our support and customer success teams are the best they’ve worked with. We’re proud of our people at PHI and the dedication they have to their teams and customers.

Oh yes – and we have tools that are the foundation of that teamwork.

Our software supports ABA therapy implementation, SLP, PT, OT, and Special Education therapy. Whether you need help managing your behavioral practice revenue cycle, or you’re looking for help with more efficient client data collection practices and reporting, PHI has a solution to help in the success of you and your clients. Clinic and practice owners, BCBAs, therapists, and educators use our solutions to help make their practices more efficient and lucrative with:

  • Therapy Team Management
  • Improved Therapy Implementation
  • Individualized Skill Mastery and Regression Testing
  • Reduced Administrative Time
  • Real-time Collection and Progress Tracking
  • Billing and Insurance Management

In addition, Pathfinder’s flexible Intervention Builder allows you to import and customize a therapy methodology specific to your goals.

We provide the tools, you provide the expertise to help children with Autism lead more social lives. Better tools, better outcomes. One solution. PHI.

Our Company

Helping clinics, practices, and patients since 2010.

Originally started in 2010, the most recent iteration of PHI formed in 2016 as the result of the merger of ABPathfinder of Kansas City and Ensure Billing (EBI) in Phoenix. ABPathfinder was created in 2010 with the goal of simplifying the administrative processes around ABA-based data collection.

EBI was formed in 2011 by healthcare and autism therapy practice executives to refine the insurance and Medicaid processes for therapy practices, making sure therapists got paid for their hard work.

We have expanded our offerings to include consulting, ancillary services for billing teams, a Therapy Practice Handbook, and free webinars to share our knowledge with our friends in the industry!

PHI is also a great place to work. Many of our staff have direct connections with individuals with autism, including parents, siblings, aunts and uncles, and BCBAs.
We don’t just talk about how we help the end users; we have a direct impact on improving their lives. As a team, we celebrate our company connection by doing volunteer work with local autism and people with disabilities groups and events.

Satisfied Customers

Let them tell you the real story.

The best thing about working with PathfinderHI is the responsiveness of their staff. I came into my role from a completely different industry, knowing next to nothing about insurance billing. PHI’s Support team has spent countless hours coaching me through using their products, and providing me with an overview of the industry in general.

Our Team

We love what we do, and why we do it.

Our staff makes us different. 90% of PHI have a connection with the special needs industry. In fact, many of our staff are related to people on the spectrum. We’re also very involved with special needs organizations in our community. We’re here for more than a paycheck – not many software companies can say the same.

If you can see yourself working for PHI, check out our Careers.

Why do you do what you do?
I believe in supporting customers in the best possible way. The customer experience has longer lasting effects than the benefit we provide; ensuring a customer’s experience is positive, directly affects their view of the company as much as it improves the life (and preserves the sanity) of the customer.
